We are providing our customer's with high quality felt in a wide range of colors and thickness as per their requirement, whether in the form of Rolls or as an end product i.e. Felt Saddle Pads.
For manufacturing Western felt saddle pads we are using either pressed Wool Felt or polyester / synthetic felt or the combination of the two as per the buyers' choice.
Pressed 100% Wool Felt
Pressed wool felt is made from high quality wool fibers which are mechanically pressed by a Wet Process in which fibers are processed together by pressure, moisture and vibration. They are then cross-lapped to make multiple layers of material.
The process is controlled by SAE standards which define its wool content, density and other properties. SAE felt is also unaffected by sunlight and maintains its original form after long period of stress.
Polyester/Synthetic Felt
Polyester felt is a synthetic, needle punched felt, made from polyester fibers. They are fairly inexpensive & is made of same density and thickness as SAE pressed wool felt.
Currently the colors and composition we are dealing in, is shown in adjacent picture.
Available Thickness - 1", 3/4" & 1/2"
Other than the displayed colors and composition, today, we are well equipped to offer our customer with a wide variety of width, thicknesses and feel in various colors they look forward to.
